Homemade Bread (the lost recipe)

White-Whole Wheat Bread

2 T yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 c. milk lukewarm  (I use 2/3 c. powdered milk with two c. warm water)
1 T shortening
1 t salt
7-8 c. flour

425 until Golden Brown.  Makes two loaves
