Compound Butter (revisited)

 
 
Rosemary Orange Butter
 
1 c. butter, softened
2 T fresh Rosemary, finely diced
2 T orange juice
1 orange rind, finely grated
1-2  fresh garlic cloves, minced
 
Combine all ingredients and place on wax paper, roll and refrigerate until firm.  Remove from wax paper and serve.  This is also fun to place in molds and chill.
